BOS Child Loss Support

Over the past month, our Bohring-Opitz Syndrome (BOS) Families have faced significant heartbreak with the loss of four beloved BOS individuals. As a community, we grieve together and remain steadfast in our commitment to supporting those impacted by BOS during their most challenging times.

In response to these recent losses, the Bohring-Opitz Syndrome Foundation, Inc. has taken steps to further assist our families in need. Beginning in 2025, we are establishing a fund to help offset a portion of the funeral expenses for families coping with the loss of their child. We hope this gesture provides some relief during such an overwhelming time.

Additionally, we have created a virtual support group for families grieving the loss of their child. This group offers a space for families to connect, share their experiences, and find comfort among others who understand the depth of their loss. To join the group please complete the form here.
