Join the Birthday Club!

The Birthday Club was established in January 2017! The birthday clubs allows BOS patients and angels to receive a gift to celebrate and honor their birthday. The gifts are sent out monthly (not necessarily on ones birthday). If you have signed up and your child's birthday has already passed, they will start receiving gifts in 2018 . The same gift was sent in 2017 to all patients, the 2018 gift will be different than the 2017.

We are excited to announce we have partnered with RARE Science to gift BOS children and angels with one-of-a-kind RARE Bears.
RARE Science initiated the RARE Bear program in August of 2015. It has since grown to include over 700 RARE Bear Makers from around the world (they span 9 countries and 45 states in the US) that make up the RARE Bear Army.

All information on this page will be kept confidential and will be used only for the purpose of the Birthday Club.

All patients with BOS are eligible to be apart of the Birthday Club, including BOS Angels.
